Terms & Conditions

  1. Kindly do not bring any guests/children/pets with you to your appointment.

  2. The balance of your payment is to be made by e-transfer, at the end of your appointment. No cash please. 

  3. Mobile/Travel appointments are only available for groups of 3 or more clients.

  4. Each appointment is eligible for ONE reschedule only.

  5. All deposits are non-refundable. 

  6. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will not be able to book with me in the future.

  7. For best results please come with a clean face and groomed eyebrows.  

  8. Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment. Not earlier and not later.

  9. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
